Leroy Smith

Leroy Smith was born April 7, 1947, to the late Sandy and Goldie Smith. Leroy passed away February 6, 2019 at the age of 71. Also, preceded in death is his brother, Artis. Survivors include: sisters, Bertha Hoskins, Janie Allen, Dorothy Johnson and Betty Rick; brothers, Sandy Smith, Jr., McKinley Sapp, Charles Sapp and Rayeful Evans Sapp. Funeral service will be held Friday, February 15, 2019, 11 a.m. at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester Street, Little Rock, Ark. 72201. (501) 372-1305. Interment will follow at the Arkansas Veterans' Cemetery, North Little Rock.
