Frances W. Rogers

Frances W. Rogers, age 99, of North Little Rock, Ark., (formerly of Warren, Ark.), died Wednesday, February 13, 2019, in Little Rock, Ark. She was born October 11, 1919, a daughter of the late J.W. Watson and Faye Davis Watson. Also preceding her in death was her spouse James M. Rogers and a sister Marjorie. Frances was a retired elementary school teacher, a former member of First Presbyterian Church in Warren and a member of Park Hill Presbyterian Church in Little Rock. She loved the Razorbacks and War Eagle in northwest Arkansas. Survivors are two daughters, Diane Hibbard and spouse Edward of Atlanta, Ga., and Jamie Miller and spouse Fred of North Little Rock, Ark.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 16, at Oakland Cemetery in Warren, Ark., with Rev. Marie Mainard-O'Connell officiating. Arrangements are by Frazer's Funeral Home.
