Leola Tyler, 92, of Pocahontas passed away on February 15, 2019 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Leola was born on October 14, 1926 in Hoxie, Ark. to Charles and Vinnie Brewer. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church of Pocahontas where she was a Sunday School Secretary, member of the Gideon's, and was a Rosie The Riveter in San Francisco, Calif. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leslie Wade Tyler; siblings, Carl Brewer, Marion Brewer, and Baby Brewer. She is survived by son, Les Tyler of Jacksonville, Ark.; two daughters, Pasha (Buck) Carter of Pocahontas, Ark., Brenda Eoste of Pocahontas, Ark.; six grandchildren, Tina (Randy) Schriver of Waynesboro, PA, Brett Tyler of Jacksonville, Ark., Daniel (Tammy) Suenkel of Charles Town, W.Va., Tracey (Wayne) Reece of Brookland, Ark., Beth (Scott) Doney of Bartlett, Tenn., Frank Lee Eoste II of Memphis, Tenn.; seven great-grandchildren, Tyler and Taylor Suenkel, Jon and Mackenzie Reece, and Gabriel, Carys and Lena Carson; siblings, Charles Brewer of Memphis, Tenn. and Effie Brewer Turner of Jonesboro, Ark.; and many friends and relatives. Services will be at McNabb Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Sunday, February 17, 2019 from 2-4 p.m. Funeral will be on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 2 p.m. with Terry Miller officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers include: Daniel Suenkel, Brett Tyler, Frank Lee Eoste II, Randy Schriver, Wayne Reece, and Scott Doney. Leola's great-grandchildren will be honored to serve as Honorary pallbearers.
