Loren Joseph Nichols

Loren Joseph Nichols, age 89, of Searcy, died Friday, February 15, 2019 at his home. He was born April 12, 1929 in Searcy to Park Joseph Nichols and Ulma McGinnis Nichols. He was a member of College Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Lottie Fuller; one son, Kris Nichols and wife Ronda of Texarkana; one daughter, Cindy Wyatt of Searcy; four grandchildren, A.J. Nichols, Lawton Nichols, Tucker Nichols, Megan Waddell, all of Texarkana, Mallory Wyatt of Searcy; one sister, Lorene Leath of Paragould; and several loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Park and Ulma Nichols; and one sister, Oretha Turner. Visitation will be Monday from 12:00 until 2:00 pm at Powell Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services are Monday at 2:00 pm at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at White County Memorial Gardens.
