Sarcha Yuvette Lawson

Sarcha Yuvette Lawson, 72, of Springdale, Arkansas was called home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 surrounded by her family. Sarcha was born on October 2, 1946 in Huntsville, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Marvin Paul Jones and Olive (Harrington) Jones. She was an active member of the Old Mt. Zion Freewill Baptist Association for many years. She loved to sing and praise her Savior with her musical talents. She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Lawson; her daughter, Kimberly Dianne Judkins; and three brothers. Sarcha is survived by her four sons, Kenneth Judkins of Springdale, Arkansas, Brian Lawson and wife Ana of Casa Grande, Arizona, Jimmy Lawson and wife Rebecca of Centerton, Arkansas and Allen Lawson and wife Laura of Bella Vista, Arkansas; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Brenda Canfield of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and a numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Chapel in Springdale, Arkansas. Funeral service will be held 10:00am on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the Mt. Zion Freewill Baptist church in Hindsville, Arkansas. Pastor Eldon Bagwell will officiate the service.
