CARL M. RICE SR., 59, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life February 20. He is preceded in death by: father, Alfonzo Rice, brothers: Marc Rice Sr., and Edgar Rice. He leaves to cherish his memory: children, Netraya Cuyler (Andre), Carl Rice Jr., Quinton Rice and Katrina Mitchell; mother: Bernice Rice Ford, siblings, Vince Walker, Venita Lovelace (Rev. Herschel Sr.), Dwight Taylor, and Avis Rice; five grandchildren, a host of other family and friends.
