James David Allen

James David Allen, 66, of Rogers passed away February 21, 2019. Born January 2, 1953 in Pasco, Washington to Melvin David and Pearl Riska Allen. He was a mechanical engineer (specializing in transmissions) and served in the United States Marines. Preceded in death by his parents and one sister Tamara Bogan. Survived by his wife, Mary Kathy Cannady Allen; sons, Thomas John Jackson and Joshua Bradley Jackson; one sister, Cindy Allen; eight grandchildren.
