Frankie Lee Webb, 66 of Little Rock, Ark. entered the Kingdom of Heaven December 26, 2018. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Nadine, daughters, Taira Tillman, Shana Bailey (Carnell), and LaToyia Clark; sons, Tony Tillman, Bobby Banks, and Frankie (Tiffany) Webb, sisters, Maxine Jones of St. Louis, Missouri, Pearlie (Tommie) Colding; brothers, Arthur Roy Johnson and David Webb; 34 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, all of Little Rock, Arkansas, a host of family and friends.
