William Dean "Bill" Knoll

William Dean "Bill" Knoll was born October 20, 1942 in Stuttgart, Arkansas to Howard and Florence Meins Knoll. He passed away January 10, 2019. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Jennie Marie Hagan Knoll; his sisters, Dottie Knoll (Clarence) Gunnell, and Linda Knoll (John) Hall. He is survived by his children, Marta Knoll (Jason) Berry; Michael (Becky) Knoll, and Matthew (Jana) Knoll; his grandchildren, Macee, Rylee, Gunnar and Dagan; and great-grandson, Liam. Bill farmed all his life. After retiring, he enjoyed working with Michael on the farm and Matthew in construction. Bill came to know the Lord at the age of 54 and he loved to share his testimony. Bill, his wife and two other couples were instrumental in the formation of New Life Fellowship in 2000. Bill received the Hannah Hyatt Award for his vision and leadership in building a horse barn at the Arkansas Baptist Home for Children in Monticello. Bill loved his family; the outdoors; boat riding with his sons and grandsons; traveling, especially on motorcycles; and pulling pranks. He loved to laugh and visit with friends. Memorial service will be held Saturday, January 12, at 10 a.m. at New Life Fellowship Church, 2046 Hwy. 165 South. Visitation will be after the service.
