Kelley D. Grubbs, age 88 of Monticello, passed away Monday, January 14, 2019 at Drew Memorial Hospital. He was a self-employed businessman, U.S. Air Force Veteran and member of First United Methodist Church. Funeral 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019 at First United Methodist Church with burial in Oakland Cemetery. Family visitation will be one hour preceding the service.
