Dorothy Jean Fuller Bridges

DOROTHY JEAN FULLER BRIDGES went to her heavenly Father January 16, 2019. Dorothy was born Sept 22, 1928 in El Dorado, Ark. to the late Madison Grady Fuller and Carrie Dorman Fuller. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She is preceded in death by her husband of almost 50 years, James E. Bridges Sr., her parents, two brothers, Wilmer Fuller and Ual Fuller and two sisters, Odell Hicks and Joyce Wilkie. She is survived by her three children, Linda (Robert) Childers of Little Rock, Ark., ,James Brenda) Bridges Jr. of Crockett, Texas and Cynthia (Brad) Sharp of Danbury, Texas, two brothers, Grady Fuller (Fran) of Kennedale, Texas, and Bill Fuller (Sarah) of Crossett, Ark., six grandchildren, Bryan Bridges, Jerrod Bridges, Christopher Childers, Kevin Drown, Ryan Drown, Elizabeth Clifton and three great-granddaughters, Ryleigh Bridges, Ellie Bridges, and Addison Dekerlegand. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 22, 2019 in Young's Chapel with Rev. Jeff Dial officiating. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors. Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. prior to the service in Young's Chapel. The family extends sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff of the Colonel Glenn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for their wonderful care and companionship to our mother during her time there.
