Sharen L. Anthony, 65, of Mayflower, Ark., went to be with the Lord Saturday January 19, 2019. She was born September 3, 1953 in Little Rock, Ark. to the late Julian Oswald and Albertine Zimmerebner Oswald.
Sharen was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She spent much of her life in service to others through her church in Bible class teaching, jail ministry, etc. and involvement in her children's activities.
She had a special place in her heart for children and babies, especially her grandkids. They always brought a smile to her face. Sharen was a hard worker outside the home, where she worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield for 25 years.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving family, her husband of 46 years, Clyde Anthony, son, Jacob (Jennifer) Anthony, daughters, Staci (Stephen) Smedley and Gina (Jacob) Mayfield, 8 grandchildren, her twin sister, Karen Collins, sister, Julie (Larry) Sperry, brother, Joe (Karan) Oswald and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be on Wednesday January 23, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Robinson and Center Church of Christ, Conway, Ark. Visitation one hour prior.
