Corene Louise Poteet

Corene Louise Poteet, 69, of Jacksonville passed from this life on January 19, 2019. She was born October 22, 1949 in Abilene, Kansas to the late Raymond and Bertha Hauserman. Corene was a homemaker and enjoyed arts and crafts. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Hauserman. Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Donald Poteet; children, Stacy (Michelle) Poteet of Kerrville, Texas and Christina (John) Boucher of Guthrie, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Kayleigh, Lauren and James Boucher, Steven, Lindsey, Katelyn, and Benjamin Aldridge; great-grandchild, Sadie Burton. Other survivors include siblings, Darlene Harrington of Littleton, Colorado, Shirley (Joseph) Brocatto of North Kansas City, Missouri and Patricia Kelly of Seattle, Washington along with a host of extended family and friends.
