Donald Paul Birks

Donald Paul Birks, age 52, of Monticello, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock. He was born August 5, 1966 in Salem, OR to the late Paul Birks and Elaine Birks. He was employed at School Apparel in Star City and was a Christian. He enjoyed playing golf and watching football, especially the Kansas City Chief's. Survivors include one son, Tyler Birks of Maumelle; one daughter, Sarah Birks of Maumelle; one sister, Sharon Brown and husband George of Mulberry, Mo.; one nephew, Gary Brown of Missouri; and the mother of his children, Kathy Donaldson of Maumelle. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be 12-1 p.m. Wednesday prior to service time.
