Virginia Brighter

Our Mother, Virginia "Ginger" Brighter, 74, of Sherwood, Arkansas, departed this life on Sunday, January 27, 2019. She was born on February 3, 1944. She was a great wife, mother, grandma, great grandma, sister and friend. Ginger was an active member of St Anne Catholic Church and enjoyed volunteering in the church community. She also had a passion for making rosaries which she gave to family, friends and church members. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, David "Pops" Brighter; her parents, Bruce and Eva Mae Taylor and two brothers and two sisters. She is survived by two sons, Terry (Kim) Brighter of Sherwood, Arkansas and Tony (Angi) Brighter of Tampa, Florida; four grandchildren, Heather (Mark) Knight, Jake (Kayla) Brighter, Emmitt Hiser and Amanda (Tyler) Sturch; nine great-grandchildren and two sisters, Leila Gary and Barbara Pearson. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 6-7 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 7 at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 JFK, North Little Rock. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 10 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 6150 Remount Rd., North Little Rock.
