Raymond E. Curry, 57, of Wickham Market, England, passed away peacefully on December 5 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Ipswich, England. Raymond was the 4th of five children born to Raymond and Melba Curry. He graduated from North Pulaski HS in 1979. He later obtained a Bachelors in Aeronautical Science and a Masters of Science. He retired from the US Air Force as an air traffic controller in 2002 and returned to England where he recently retired from teaching high school computer science. He loved visiting his family in Arkansas where his passion was fishing at the Curry farm. He loved acting, writing, working in his garden, and taking walks with the love of his life, Corrin. He was so proud of his four loving sons. Ray had an unwavering faith in God. Ray was honored, by his current & former students and family members, with a seashore lantern lighting ceremony in Felixstowe. He was also honored with a celebration of life at Seven Hills Crematorium in Ipswich on December 28th with full military honors. He life will be honored at the Curry farm in April of 2019 in Kingsland, Ark. He was preceded in death by his mother, Melba Curry. He is survived by his precious wife of 25 years, Corrin, and his four loving sons, Alexander (Kat), Joseph, Lawrence, and Thomas; two granddaughters, Autymn and Sophie & grandson Oliver (due soon); his father, Raymond; four siblings, Debbie (Phillip), Mike (Deborah), Diane (Wayne) and Richard (Melanie) and a host of other relatives and friends who are too numerous to name. Uncle Homey, you have a special place in all of our hearts. Donations in memory of Ray may be sent to St. Elizabeth Hospice, Ipswich.
