Billy Lee Ward

Billy Lee Ward, 82, of Bentonville died January 30, 2019 at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. He was born August 21, 1936 in Madison County the son of Marjorie and William Ward. Billy was a lifetime resident of Northwest Arkansas. He married Cora Mae Goff Ward June 19, 1959. He retired from TRW in 1983, then went back to work until 2016 for Walmart Print Solutions. Preceded in death by parents, brothers; Harold, Alvin, and Oscar Ward, and nephew; Randy Ward. Survivors include his wife; Cora Ward of Bentonville, sons; Ronnie Ward and wife, Jana, of Bentonville, Philip Ward and wife, Christi, of Springdale, brothers; James Ward and wife, Sharon, of Bentonville, Robert Ward and wife, Sheila, of Bentonville, sisters; Virginia Martin and husband, Jim, of Westville, Oklahoma, Sharon Perry of Rogers, grandchildren; Ryan Ward and his wife, Krista, of Bella Vista, Corissa Ward of Fayetteville, Jordan and Hannah Ward of Springdale. Visitation: 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Eastside Assembly of God Church in Bentonville. Funeral service 11 a.m., Monday at Eastside Assembly of God Church, with burial to follow at Bentonville City Cemetery.
