James Clifford Holland, Jr.

James Clifford Holland, Jr., 60, of Oklahoma City, passed away June 30, 2019. He was born July 20, 1958 in Riverside, Calif. to James C. and Blanche Jordan Holland. He was preceded in death by his father. Cliff was active in scouting and achieved the highest rank of Eagle Scout at the age of 13. He later became the prestigious recipient of the Order of The Arrow of Light award. Cliff served 10 years in the United States Air Force as a load master on C-130 aircraft and later as an intelligence specialist. He was active in his church and served as a youth group leader. Survivors include his mother, Blanche Holland of Sherwood, Ark. and brother, Barry (Margie) Holland of Clarkridge, Ark. Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Friday, July 5, 2019 at Mount Carmel Cemetery with Rev. Sara Bayles Charlton officiating. Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
