Emma Jean Landrum Layl, formerly of Piggott, Arkansas, died peacefully July 12, 2019, in Dallas, Texas. Funeral services are Sunday, July 21, at 2:30 p.m., at the First United Methodist Church, Piggott. Prior to the service, visitation will be held in the church at 1:15 p.m. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott is in charge of the arrangements.
