William "Bill" D. Richmond, 75, of Mena, Arkansas passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019 in Ft. Smith. Funeral service will be Tuesday, July 16, 2019, 2 p.m. at First Christian Church. Interment will follow in the Pinecrest Memorial Park under the direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
