Apsie Murray

Apsie Murray, 82, of Sherwood, went to her Heavenly Home to be with The Lord on July 15, 2019. She was born July 7, 1937, daughter to the late Moody and Sally Bird. She was reunited for eternity with the love of her life for over 60 years, Don Murray, who preceded her in death. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church of England, Ark. She was a devoted wife, a very caring Mother, a wonderful NaNa and a loyal friend. She is survived by her daughters, Patty (Jimmy) Arnold of Sherwood, Donna (Curtis) Cutler of Russellville and son, Mark Murray of Sherwood; four grandchildren, Tanner (Kodie) Arnold of Fayetteville, Ryan (Melissa) Cutler of Russellville, Richard Cutler of Temple, TX, Jessica Murray of Sherwood; nine great-grandchildren, Cayli, Jordan, Christopher, Blake, Cash, Laiken, Macy, Teagan and Lincoln; a brother, Johnny (Linda) Bird, sisters, Sally Dunn, Bea Bevans and sister-in-law, Bobbie Davis; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at Griffin-Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Rd., NLR, Ark. on Friday, July 19. Family Visitation will be at 1 p.m. and the service at 2 p.m. Burial will be at Rest Hills Memorial Park in NLR, Ark.
