Earlene Lowe

Earlene Lowe, 83, of Little Rock, passed away on July 21, 2019. She was born in Astoria, Illinois to the late Earl and Florence Foutch. Earlene was preceded in death by her parents, sons, Don and David Lowe, husband, Bryan Lowe and four sisters. She is survived by sons, Steve, Rick and Keith, daughters, Bev, Barbara and Shelly, twenty one grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
