Ralph Dennis Livingston, 71, of Little Rock Arkansas, passed away July 24, 2019. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Roller Chenal Funeral Home on Chenal Parkway. Interment with military honors will be Monday, July 29th at noon at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
