Effie Lee Smith

Effie Lee "Momma" Smith, 90, of North Little Rock departed this life on Thursday, July 25, 2019. Born in Wilmot, Arkansas, she moved to North Little Rock's Tie Plant neighborhood at the age of 7 and remained a resident there for 83 years. A loving mother, grandmother, grandmother, aunt and friend to all of her family and community, she was a steadfast and devoted member of the Mt. Olive Missionary Church. Family Hour will be held from 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. on Friday, August 2nd at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 850 Atkinson St., NLR. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m., August 3rd at Mt.
