Cora Sue Gill

Cora Sue Gill, 86, died May 19, 2019 at her home in Cedar Park, Texas. She was born November 14, 1932 to Robert L. and Louise Coffman Crook. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Bobby L. Gill; one son, John D. Gill of Austin, Texas; a daughter-in-law, Laura Gill of Austin, and a grandson, Adam D. Gill of Austin; a brother, Larry Crook of Fort Worth, Texas; a sister, Martha Crook Johnson of Little Rock, Arkansas and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Gill was a long-time member of the First United Methodist Churches of Crossett, Ark. and San Marcos, Texas. She served in many capacities within the church and was a faithful member of United Methodist Women. She was a 40-year-employee of Ashley, Drew & Northern Railway Company in Crossett, Ark. Mrs. Gill was recognized for her generous and caring nature that reached out to many people. A private memorial service will be held in June in Cedar Park. Memorials may be made to your local food bank in her memory.
