Shirley Carmichael of North Little Rock passed away May 30, 2019. Survivors include daughter, Terri Carmichael; sisters, Cora Seats and Mary Heslep (David); grandchildren, Kellie Holley, Melanie Snuggs and Dylan Carmichael; and five great-grandchildren.
