Michelle Leeanne Hickman

Michelle Leeanne Hickman of Fayetteville, passed away on Monday, June 3, 2019 at 38 years young. She was born on July 24, 1980, in Springdale, Arkansas, to Duane W and Kathy (McGehee) Kilpatrick. She was preceded in death by her sister Mandy Kilpatrick, her pops Ronald Dean McCool, and her father-in-law Bill Hickman. Michelle graduated from Fayetteville High School in 1998, working as a CNA from her senior year in high school until present date. She loved to laugh, and she could light up a room. She enjoyed outdoor activities like swimming and Gator Golf. She had a welcoming presence and always made people feel at home. She loved her children and would have defended them with her life. She was everything to her husband and family. Michelle is survived by her husband of 19 years Scott Hickman; her three sons Tristan Hickman, Hunter Hickman, and Coby Hickman; adopted son Grayson Polk; her mother Kathy McCool of Fayetteville; her father Duane W Kilpatrick of Bentonville; her brother Jason Kilpatrick and wife Lori, and their children Alex, Ashlyn, and Jadyn of Wesley; her sister Shelby G. Roe and her husband Luke; her grandmother Madie Spence and her husband Richard of Fayetteville; grandparents W.O. and Lois Kilpatrick of Farmington; mother-in-law Candy Hickman of Fayetteville; and many other friends, family, and loved ones. A visitation will be held on Friday, June 7, at 10 a.m., with funeral service to start at 11 a.m. at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
