Milton Albert Williamson of Clinton, (Christian, Husband, Daddy, Papa, Brother and Friend) 81, left this world surrounded by his loved ones on June 2nd, 2019. Sadly, he suffered many months, but NEVER complained. He was born April 24, 1938 in Locust Grove, Arkansas to the late Albert and Rachel (Fields) Williamson of Heber Springs and Newport. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Peggy Strauser, brother David Williamson, and his grandparents, Benoni and Pearl (Holbrook) Fields. He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving bride of almost 61 years, Elizabeth (Qualls) Williamson, son, William Williamson (Susie) of Greers Ferry, daughter, Tammy Newton (Robert Copeland) of North Little Rock, sisters; Lynn Storey of California and Ivonne Brown of Mississippi, six grandchildren; Bernie McAleese (Amanda), Johnathon Newton (Robin), Anthony Newton, Jaime Newton (Sherry), Aaron Brown (Kimberly), Amber Snowden (Jake), son-in-law Buddy Newton and many beloved great -grandchildren, brothers-in law, sister-in-law, cousins, nephews and nieces. Mr. Williamson was a manager and superintendent at several Water and Sewer Departments in Arkansas throughout his life, finally, retiring from the Clinton Water and Sewer Department. Visitation will be held at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton on Friday, June 7th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 8th at 1 p.m. at Choctaw Church of Christ with burial following at Clinton Cemetery.
