Linda Meek Prine

Linda Meek Prine, age 74, of Plano Texas past away on May 31, 2019. Linda was born in Helena, Arkansas on November 25, 1944 to Francis "Ted" Meek and Evie L. VanMeter Meek of Marvell, Arkansas. She is survived by her two children: Jerri Anderson of Plano, Texas, and Joey Travis of Bentonville, Ark.; her sister, Betty Hill of Heber Springs, Ark., three granddaughters, a grandson, two nephews, and a niece. After helping raise her two children, Linda returned to college to finish her degree and became a special education teacher in various schools throughout Arkansas. Upon retirement, she moved to be closer to her daughter in Plano, Texas. Linda attended Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano and found comfort in her relationship with the Lord. A private memorial service will be held at her final resting place at the Marvell Eventide Cemetery in Marvell, Ark.
