Marshall Blain Means, 85 of Springdale passed away Thursday, June 6, 2019 at Springdale Health and Rehabilitation. He was born November 29, 1933 in Alma, Ark. to William Marshall and Georgia Lee Thomas Means. Marshall worked as an Electrician. He served in the United States Army. He was a loving father and grandfather who loved his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son Sheldon Means and two brothers. Survivors include his wife of almost 64 years, Leta Means of the home; one daughter, Teresa Sandoval and husband Luis of Florida; one brother, John Means and wife Joyce of Van Buren; two sisters, Allene Meadors of Florida and Mae Ann Burger of Ft. Smith and four grandchildren, Benjamin Sandoval, Joel Means, Michael Means and Blain Sandoval. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel with Paul Woodhouse officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, Ark. 72762.
