MATTIE HUNTER, 97, of Little Rock, passed into her Lord's arms on June 5, 2019. She leaves to cherish her many memories: two sons: Vincent (Linda) Hunter Sr., of Little Rock, and Clarence (Jenetha) Hunter Jr., of Gravel Ridge; three daughters: Deborah Givens of Little Rock, Denise (Harry) Couch of Arlington, Tenn., and Jacqueline Wilder-Hayes of Little Rock, and a special daughter, JoAnn (Enice) Thomas, also of Little Rock; 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. There will be a family hour on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, 6-7 p.m., at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester Street, Little Rock, Ark. 72202. (501) 372-1305. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 11 a.m., Emmanuel Baptist Church, 3323 W. 12th Street, Little Rock, Ark. 72204. Interment will follow at the Arkansas State Veterans' Cemetery, North Little Rock, Ark.
