Phyllis Eyvonne Briggs Wuttke, age 89, died Tuesday April 23, 2019. She was born August 5, 1929 in Whitehall, Wisconsin to Charles and Hazel Briggs. She retired after 25 years of service from the USDA (Dept of Agri)-FSA, with a title of Program Specialist for Dubuque County and the state of Iowa. She was a member of NARFE. Phyllis also belonged to the Eastern Star and The Daughters of Mokanna. She was active in her church and traveled the world. She was an avid bowler and golfer in her younger years and particularly enjoyed Greers Ferry Lake, Arkansas where she lived out her remaining years. She is survived by one son, Timothy Charles Paine of Greers Ferry, Ark. and many loving nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her parents, two husbands, Robert Paine and Clifford Wuttke, and two sisters Margaret Johnson and Berniece Wanquist. She was loved and will be deeply missed by all.
