Raymond Bitner, 90, of Lonoke went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 12, 2019. He was born April 20, 1929 in Lewistown, Pennsylvania to the late, David and Margaret Bitner.
Raymond served in the United States Air Force 24 years, obtaining the rank of master sergeant. He retired from the United States Postal Service and was a member of Wattensaw Baptist Church and Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Raymond was a loving husband and father.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Catherine Bitner; son, David Bitner and wife, Gabriele; sister-in-law, Gertrude Knouse and numerous nephews. Arrangements by Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke.
