Jesse Earl Walker, 75, born and lived in Carlisle, Arkansas, died June 12, 2019 at the VA Hospital. Born November 24, 1943 to the late Floyd and Bessie Walker. Surviving are his Wife, three children, brother, sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces. Funeral will be held at Mt. Canaan Baptist Church in Carlisle, Arkansas on June 21, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Ark., 1 p.m. Visitation will be June 20, 2019 at Mt.
