Brenda Sue Cox, age 75, of Fayetteville passed away Saturday, June 15th, 2019. Brenda was born December 22, 1943 in Bakersfield, California to Audrey and Opal Roach Jones.
Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Vernon Jones and sister, Debbie Oliver. Brenda is survived by her husband, JC Cox; her daughter, Caroline Cox (Dinah Dickerson); and a son, Jimmy Cox ( Deborah); five sisters, Joann Faqua, Joy Mills, Alice Thompson, Cathy Eldridge (John) and Rita Hovious; two granddaughters, Crystal Harper and Summer Cox; and a great-grandson, Wesley Harper. She also is survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at Westfield Chapel. Funeral service: 11 a.m., Thursday, June 20th, 2019, Westfield Chapel Funeral Home, 3236 W. Huntsville Ave., Springdale, Ark. 72762, Burial will follow at Fayetteville National Cemetery.
