Cecil Paul Smith, 83, of Arkadelphia passed away June 16, 2019. Visitation will be 6 p.m. -8 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Ruggles Wilcox Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 2 p.m. at the funeral home, interment will be at Unity Cemetery.
