James Ray Blanscet

James "Jim" Ray Blanscet, of North Little Rock, passed on June 16th quietly in his sleep while surrounded by loving family. Born June 24, 1946 in Paris, Ark., he was a graduate of Lee Summit, Mo. High School and UofA, Fayetteville, Ark. Jim was retired from a career of sales and local business entrepreneur. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald Edward and Beulah Mae Blanscet. He is survived by his son, Michael Blanscet (Jennifer) and daughter, Courtney Green; his brother Randy Blanscet (Teresa); two sisters, Cheryl Blanscet and Brenda Countryman (Tom) along with four grandchildren (Caroline, Julia, Tyler and Lauren) and many nieces and nephews with all of whom he loved to laugh and joke around.
