Ann S. Bolain

Ann S. Bolain, 93, died June 19, 2019 at Bradford House in Bentonville. She was born in Springdale, Ark., December 6, 1925 to George Thomas and Cynthia Lavina Neal Sullins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard E. Bolain and daughter, Cynthia Ann Bolain. She was also preceded in death by three brothers: Guy Sullins, Carl Sullins, and Paul Sullins, and two sisters: Mildred Davis and Madge Pyette. She is survived by two sons: David and wife Bobbie Bolain, of Bentonville and Paul Bolain of Midwest City, Okla.; one nephew, John Sullins, of Bella Vista. She is also survived by her sister, Wanda Jens of Phillips, Wis., and many other nieces and nephews. She was a homemaker and enjoyed her flowers, and pets. She was a 1944 Graduate of Fayetteville High School. A private service is planned, under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
