Leatrice Bearden Reynolds, age 99, of Morrilton, took her last breath on earth and her first breath in Heaven Friday afternoon, June 21, 2019. She was born April 4, 1920, in Morrilton, a daughter of the late James Carroll Bearden, Sr. and the late Nellie Jane Kemp. She was the widow of Foy Elbert Reynolds. Leatrice was a faithful Christian and loved our Lord Jesus and God all her life. She was a member of Good Shepard Church of Christ in Little Rock. She was also a past member of Downton Church of Christ of Morrilton, WindSong and Central Church of Christ of Little Rock. Her daughter, son, grandson, family, and friends' love and prayers strengthened Leatrice during her long illness over the past few years. Leatrice was a strong person and very resilient to her last earthly breath. Leatrice was a retired nurse with the Morrilton Saint Anthony's Hospital. She was loved by everyone, made everyone feel comfortable, was so easy to warm up to, easy to get to know, and had a great sense of humor. She loved to crochet, paint and travel. Her family is thankful for the Good Shepard staff in support and the loving care of Leatrice. Survivors include her daughter: Judith Hart of Little Rock; son: Steven and Brenda Reynolds of Center Ridge; grandson: Ronnie and Bridget Hart of North Little Rock; granddaughter: Lori Reynolds of Ft. Walton, Florida. She was also blessed with eight great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday, June 24, 2019 at Harris Chapel. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Jerusalem. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral at the Chapel. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. Memorial donations can be made to Mt.
