Harold Banks Jr., 35, transitioned on June 21, 2019. He leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Rhonda Banks; brother, Lemar Luckett of Minnesota; sister, Krystal (Maurice) Threet; nieces, Jordyn, Kaily, Kristin Threet; nephew, Matthew Threet, all of Little Rock, Ark.; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
