Bart Tomlin, age 73, of Lowell, Arkansas died Thursday, June 27th, 2019. Bart was born May 14, 1946 in Ottumwa, Iowa to John and Inez Tomlin. Bart is preceded in death by his parents . Bart is survived by his daughter Jennifer Jeschke of Carroll, Iowa and 3 grandchildren, Austin, Will and Avery. Bart was a U S Army Veteran. A Celebration of Life will Saturday August 10th at 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. at 519 Garland in Lowell, Arkansas . Bart was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing and was known for his mega burgers.
