Enid A. Pierce

Enid A. Pierce , 66, of Springdale, died Wednesday, February 27th, 2019, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Enid was a 15 year Veteran of the United States Air Force and a Graduate of the University of Puerto Rico with a Degree in Education. She received her Masters from the University of Arkansas, where she also taught Spanish. She was an Educator in NW Arkansas for more than 20 years. Enid is preceded in death by her parents, Manuel H. Seda and Angelica Cintron. Enid is survived by her husband of 38 years, Jim Pierce. They were married April 18, 1981, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She is also survived by her son, James M. Pierce and wife Haylee and their 2 children, Maddox and Maya and her daughter, Karla Buchholz and husband Nathan and their two children, Evan and Brynlee; a sister, Lourdes Seda and her son, Jose Antonio and a sister-in-law, Sharon Byrd and husband Lanny; and nieces, Stephanie Schwan, Ginger Kay, Clifford and Jennifer Cowsill; and many great-nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday at 5 p.m. till 7 p.m. at Westfield Chapel with Funeral Services Friday at 1 p.m. at Westfield Chapel in Springdale with Burial at Bluff Cemetery.
