Glen Franklin "Frank" Massingill, age 81, of Morrilton, died on March 1, 2019. Frank was born to Glen Arthur and Ola Williams Massingill on January 13, 1938, in Old Hickory, Arkansas. He was a 1956 graduate of Wonderview High School. He was a long-time member of Old Hickory Baptist church and served as overseer for Old Hickory Cemetery. Frank was proud to have served in the United States Navy from 1957 to 1961. He was a business owner, manager of a municipal gas company in Van Horn, Texas, a farmer, and was a devoted employee of Green Bay Packaging, Pinecrest Lumber Division. His greatest love was for his family and friends who were by his side during a short illness preceding his death. Frank was preceded in death by infant daughter: Mona Beth; his wife: Brenda Webb Massingill; brother: Jimmie Massingill; and his parents: Glen and Ola Massingill. Survivors include wife: Carolyn Stacks Massingill; sister: Linda Mills of Little Rock; children: Frank (Judy) Massingill Jr. of Hot Springs Village, Donna (Mark) Hoelzeman of Morrilton, Alan (Darlene) Massingill of Hattieville; step-children: Steve (Lori) Stobaugh of Pea Ridge, Mark (Anne) Stobaugh of Morrilton, Stephanie (Allen) Lipsmeyer of Morrilton; 15 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Harris Chapel with Bro. Johnny Hoffman officiating. Burial will be at Old Hickory Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral. Pallbearers will be Trey Massingill, Nick Massingill, Steven Hoelzeman, Kevin Hoelzeman, Keith Massingill, Lucas Massingill, Kyle Lawton, and Ronnie Mills.
