Frances Marie Harvey, 82, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2019. She is survived by her brother, William Harvey (Wilma) of Maumelle; sisters, Hestelle Godfrey and Linda Harvey, both of Houston, Texas. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 8, 2019, 11 a.m. with Bishop Steve Arnold, officiating at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home Chapel, 1200 Chester Street, Little Rock, Ark. 72202.
