David Smith, 55, of Little Rock, departed this life on February 28, 2019 at UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is survived by his wife, Tamera Lewis; three children, Patrick Johnson, David Smith Jr., and Brianna Smith all of Little Rock, Arkansas; two beautiful grandsons, Carter Johnson and Patrick Johnson, Jr.; his brothers, Harold Smith, Larry Smith, Raymond Smith, Commy Smith, Samuel (Rea) Smith, Anthony (Pat) Smith, and Mitch (Regenia) Smith; sisters, Rozena (Willie) Everett, Mary Smith, Annette Jones, and Pearline Smith; a special friend, Valerie Manning; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who all loved him dearly.
