Billy Joe Vandiver

Billy Joe Vandiver, 85, of Benton, passed away on March 9th, 2019. He was born in McRae, Arkansas on July 3rd, 1933 to parents Marcus and Olga Vandiver. Those left to cherish his memory are his two sons: Monty (Trish) and Michael (Wanda) Vandiver, 6 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and many friends. A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 14th, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Pinecrest Funeral Home (7401 Hwy. 5 North, Alexander, Ark. 72002). The funeral will be held on the following day, Friday, March 15th, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Congo Road Baptist Church (7193 Congo Rd., Benton, Ark. 72019). Joe will be laid to rest next to his wife, Jean, immediately after the funeral at Forest Hills Memorial Park (10200 AR-5, Alexander, Ark. 72002).
