DeeDee Detri Smith

DeeDee (Detri) Smith of Austin was called by the Lord on March 10, 2019 to join him in Heaven and paradise. She was born on September 30, 1955 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is survived by her husband, of 41 years, and the love of her life, Donnie Smith; a brother Earnie Scott (Sue) of Cabot, a sister, Annette Garstka (Garry) of Austin; daughters, Raven Kendell (Jason) of Cabot, Kim Nelson (Aaron) of North Little Rock; daughter-in-law, Donya Smith of North Little Rock; grandchildren, Kristen, Tyler, Ariana, AJ, Emma, Cohen, Oliver, Quinn, Justin and Kirby. She also leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and her two four-legged fur babies who she loved dearly. Her immense love for animals lead her to work for Foster's Animal Hospital for 14 wonderful years. We all love her and will terribly miss our fiery little redhead. Her family and fur babies were her world. Memorial service will be held in DeeDee's honor on March 14, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Sylvan Hills Community Church, 8019 AR-107, Sherwood, Arkansas.
