Ludie Mae Sindle Scott

Ludie Mae Sindle Scott passed away Monday, March 11, 2019 at the age of 107. Ludie was born on April 9, 1911 at Tinsman, Ark. to Ed and Sally Sindle. Ludie was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed working in her yard cooking and sewing. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Sally Sindle; husbands, Ralph Nowlin and W.W. Scott; stepdaughter, Janet Jordan; brothers, Audie Sindle, Virgil Sindle, Waylon Sindle, Travis Sindle, Lindberg Sindle and Joe Sindle; and sister, Madeline Gilbert. She is survived by stepdaughters, Barbara Plummer (Donnie) of Hot Springs, Ark., Ann Hyman (Mike) of Camden, Ark.; sister, Dorothy Gilbert of Little Rock, Ark.; special niece, Pat Knight of Breckenridge, Texas; step-grandchildren, Dustin Hyman of Benton, Ark., Sara Small of Pearcy, Ark., Jennifer Euler of Stuttgart, Ark., Ann Marie Dunn of Bryant, Ark. and Mary Catherine Limozaine of Little Rock, Ark.; step-great-grandchildren, Matthew, Hannah and Emily Kate Small, Yaites Dunn and Roman Limozaine. The family would like to thank Silver Oaks Nursing Home for the excellent care she received and a special thank you to Jacob Weaver. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2019 at Calaway Cemetery in Thornton, Ark.
