Delbert Lee Newton

Delbert Lee Newton, age 91, of Cabot, passed away on March 10, 2019. Delbert was born in Wooster, Arkansas to the late Felix F. and Marie Jenkins Newton. He was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Geneva "Jean" Goff Newton; two sisters, Venice Engles and Betty Perdue; his brother, William Newton; and one step-daughter, Pamela Lewis. Delbert was a Navy Veteran and retired from the Veteran's Hospital. He also worked for the railroad, early in life. He was of the Baptist faith. Delbert will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by one step-daughter, Diane Cato, and a host of other family and friends. Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 10:00AM at Rest Hills Memorial Park in North Little Rock with entombment following the service.
