George "Buster" Johnson Jr.

George "Buster" Johnson, Jr. was born to the late George Johnson Sr. and Pernella Guess-Johnson on July 30, 1934 in Scott, Arkansas. He passed away on March 12, 2019. He was preceded in death by wife, Verdie Beatrice Cannon-Johnson; and parents; sons, Billy Johnson and George Johnson III; brothers, Robert Crutchfield, Freddie Johnson, Leo Johnson; sisters, Ocie-Bea Crutchfield, Mary-Frances Crutchfield, Georgia Johnson, and Ernestine Johnson. He is survived by his sons Robert and Tilmer Johnson; daughters, Kathy Johnson-Stewart, Karen (Napoleon) Jackson, Patricia (Jerry) House; brother, Elvin Johnson; sisters, Ora Whitehead, Ruthie Harris, Lorene Hines, and Corene Givens; 11 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
